How it will work
- Payment held until it arrives. Sellers get paid only after the buyer confirms the item arrived as described.
- Tracked shipping on every order.
- Ratings and reviews both ways. Buyers rate sellers and sellers rate buyers after every completed order, so you always know who you're trading with.
Fees
- Buyers: a Buyer Protection fee of 5% of the item price + $0.70 per order, plus shipping. This covers holding your payment safely until your item arrives and our help if something goes wrong.
- Sellers: listing is free. When your item sells, we keep a 10% selling fee from the item price.
- Example: a $20 photocard. The buyer pays $20 + $1.70 Buyer Protection + shipping. The seller receives $18.
Marketplace rules
- You must be 18 or older to buy or sell on Fan Market. Under 18? A parent or guardian can open the account in their name and manage trades with you.
- Every deal must happen on Awesome KPop Store. Offering, asking for or accepting a deal outside the site isn't allowed, including to avoid fees.
- Don't share phone numbers, emails, social media handles, payment links or bank details before a sale is complete.
- Only official, honestly described items. No fakes, and list every flaw and missing inclusion.
- Breaking the rules can get listings removed or accounts closed.
⚠️ Beware of scams
Never pay by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal Friends & Family, gift cards or crypto, and never move a chat to Instagram, WhatsApp or text. Anyone who asks you to is almost certainly a scammer, and off-site deals are not covered by buyer protection. If someone asks, stop replying and report them to us.
